Refunds always go back to the card you paid with.
- A refund of a payment is processed within 14 days. Your bank then shows it on your statement, usually within a few business days.
- A released hold (a pre-authorisation that was never charged) can take 5–10 business days to disappear from your statement. That timing is set by your card issuer, not by us.
Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment; exchange-rate differences applied by your bank are outside our control.
