Until when can I cancel for free?

Up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of your call. After that, the full price is charged.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of your call, inclusive.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start, the full price is charged, because the VIP has kept that time for you. The charge is taken at the time the call would have ended, not at the moment you cancel.
