How do I join my call?

Open the link in your confirmation email at the time of the call and enter the 6-digit code from the same email. No app needed.

After your booking is confirmed you receive an email with a link to your call and a 6-digit code.

  1. A few minutes before the start, open the link in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a computer or phone).
  2. Enter the 6-digit code.
  3. Allow access to your camera and microphone when the browser asks.

The link stops working 30 minutes after the call ends. After 5 wrong codes it locks for 15 minutes.
