Yes. On the VIP's profile choose Request a time and offer up to 5 windows when you're free. Offering several windows across a few days makes a yes much more likely.
The VIP gets your request by email and either confirms one of your windows or declines (they can add a note). A request that gets no answer lapses after a week.
Once a window is confirmed, you receive an email with a link to complete payment.
