Can I move my call to another time?

Changing the time works as a cancellation followed by a new booking. Moving it 24 hours or more ahead of the start is free.

We can't move an existing booking to a new time yet. To change it:

  1. Email support@callavip.com with your booking reference and ask us to cancel it. If that is 24 hours or more before the start, it's free.
  2. Book a new time on the VIP's profile, or propose the times that suit you.
