To cancel a booked call, email support@callavip.com from the address you booked with and include your booking reference (you'll find it in your confirmation email).
- 24 hours or more before the scheduled start: the cancellation is free. Any hold on your card is released, and anything already charged is refunded to the same card.
- Less than 24 hours before the start: the full price of the call is charged, because the VIP has reserved that time for you.
